Roller Cam Servo Rotary Table
Conventional gear and worm gear mechanisms can develop backlash over time, especially under frequent starts, stops, and direction changes. As backlash increases, positioning accuracy may gradually decline, leading to higher maintenance and recalibration requirements.
This servo rotary table uses a preloaded roller cam transmission system. The roller and cam form full-line rolling contact, achieving true zero-backlash performance at the transmission source. When paired with a high-performance servo motor, the rotary table delivers precise positioning at any angle while maintaining long-term accuracy with minimal wear. This helps reduce maintenance, calibration frequency, and overall operating cost.
