Founded in 1998, Luoyang Jiawei Bearing Co., Ltd. (LYJW) has more than 20 years of experience in custom slewing bearing and precision forging solutions. The company operates from an 80,000 m² industrial site and is equipped with more than 100 sets of advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment.
Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
Through our subsidiary forging plant, Hengjia Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., LYJW has built an integrated production system covering raw material forging, precision machining, inspection, and finished product delivery.
- Full-Chain Manufacturing: Our core equipment includes 4,000-ton and 8,000-ton presses, as well as an 8.5-meter ring rolling mill. This “from forging to finished product” model helps ensure consistent metallurgical quality while shortening lead times for custom products.
- Global Certification Support: LYJW is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We are also qualified to support products certified by major classification societies, including CCS, ABS, RS, GL, and BV, meeting the requirements of marine engineering and demanding operating environments.
With more than 20 years of international market experience, LYJW products are widely used in construction machinery, marine and port equipment, wind power, mining, environmental protection equipment, and medical devices. Manufacturing Process
MoreAfter rough turning, the workpiece is detected by an ultrasonic flaw detector to examine cracks or other flaws and ensure the bearing’s stable quality and normal service life. Quenching and tempering can be conducted according to the requirements, to improve the strength and fatigue resistance of the material.
